Report Phishing Button Options

We're starting to want to test the feature for O365 to have users click the Report Phishing or Report Message button on the ribbon to be able to submit suspected malicious messages. Currently users just forward the email to us, or forward them as an attachment, which isn't ideal obviously. My question is to anyone with current experience using it. Is the only configuration that happens is the users click the button and it creates an event in the dashboard? Is there a way to forward some sort of notification or email to our ticketing system so it can open a corresponding ticket for our tracking purposes? I'm going to be trying to get it enabled this week just for a few users so I can do some small testing but I'm sure there are a lot of other admins who have already done similar and was curious. I believe there are other 3rd party apps that allow emails to be sent when the button is clicked, but I'd preferably like to stick to something first party if I can.
