Outlook E-mail Groups Missing Checkbox

In email groups the check box is missing to allow outside users to email the group. I am selecting the group in Outlook, then group settings button on top, selecting edit group and it looks different. I have successfully setup groups last week and ticked this box no issues.

I've updated and restarted and it still no dice. Overall the other windows/text entry areas are missing graphics as well.

    For us to better help assist you, please share the following information as it will help with providing the necessary suggestion:

    -May I have the screenshot of the group settings from outlook client

    -May I know the type of the group (O365 group, Distribution group, email security group or share mailbox etc.)

    -From where did you create the group (In outlook, or your Admin center)

    -May I know the version of your outlook and your subscription

    To narrow it down please try the following: Can you try to reproduce the issue, using the outlook on the web.
