Is it possible or can it be introduced that if someone selects 'reply all' they get a warning about producing spam. Especially if the number of addressees is above 10

    Dear Kerro()"),

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

    Based on your description, I understand that you have a concern with 'Reply all' causing SPAM. Could you please explain clearly this, you would like to get a warning about producing spam when select “all reply” especially if number of addresses are more than 10?

    As far as I am know, "Reply All" is a required and well-known feature, particularly for big organizations; however, it appears that there is currently no option available to meet your requirement of getting a warning about producing spam when a user selects "Reply All"; I suggest that you post this concern on our Outlook · Community (microsoft.com). Others might vote on it, making it more apparent to the service team so that it may be considered for future upgrades.

    We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator
