Since the system went online, there were some errors causing it not to work appropriately.
I searched for the information online and could not find any solution.
Has anyone encountered this type of situation?

I have found similar mistake here you could check: https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/issues/28516. If your scenario is same as the github issue, the error seems caused in asp.net core 3.x by default and has been fixed in asp.net 5.
