Hi, We have been locked out of one of our account which handles our invoicing and bills which is causing huge amounts of problems for us.

We have followed the links to fill out the forms but had nothing sent back to us at all. We are aware that over a month ago the acc was hacked and used to spam but the acc was secured and password changed so this should no longer be the case. Can someone please contact us on this acc and advise what to do and how soon it can be resolved.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm Microsoft user like you.

You've found a user-to-user forum where we do our best to support one another. Since none of us here are employees of Microsoft nor Microsoft support staff.

I can understand your situation that you are not able access your account.

When a compliance lock prevents access to your Microsoft account, you must fill out a form at aka.ms/compliancelock to prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. The Microsoft Online Safety team will review the form after you submit it and will take care of managing your account on their end after that. If they sent you an email with the ticket number, you can reply to that email to follow up with them directly.

    Best Regards,

    Prakash
