Since you are not receiving the code and do not have the call option, I recommend contacting support at the bottom of the page. Follow these steps:
- Select "Other products" from the "Products and services" menu.
- Click on "Category" and select "Manage Account Security."
- Confirm your selection, then select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
