Hello.

I have an end user who is trying to remote in to one of our workstations using RDP through a Citrix session. It needs to display on both monitors, but can only display on one through RDP. I selected 'Use all my monitors for remote session', but it did not solve the issue. I have included a Gif to clarify my problem.

    HI

1.If we use mstsc to remote access destination server like below picture, will the same issue happen?

2.Does this end user's 2 monitors have the same resolution?

3.Did you try to update the display card driver for your issue PC?

4.If we create a new local admin accoun, will the same issue happen on this new lcoal admin account?
