Cannot receive emails from Sendgrid

Hi, can you please help me find out why I cannot receive any emails from sendgrid in my outlook both web and desktop? In our organization - so far it's only me who hasn't been having issues with it.

    According to your description, the issue of your concern that you cannot receive emails from third-party Sendgrid.

    Please be kindly to understand that this would relates to Sendgrid's sever which is different from Exchange online of Microsoft.

    Therefore, please contact the support from their-side for further help.

    If your organization using Exchange Online service, ask your admin to run the message trace.

    If you don't using Exchange Online service, and can't received any emails from Sendgrid on Outlook web and Outlook desktop. In that situation, you need to contact Sendgrid support for further assistance.
