I understand that you are unable to do anything with your account even if you are able to access it because you encounter a Javascript error. You also encounter this issue when using your account on other browsers. I'd be happy to assist you. It is possible that you are experiencing this issue because of a problem in the browser that you're using. You can clear your browser’s cache and temporary internet files as an initial troubleshooting step to make sure that your browser’s settings are not causing your issue.
After optimizing, please close your entire browser and try again.
Also, please try using a different Microsoft account on the same browser/computer for us to isolate the cause of the issue.
