cannot view Certificates in microsoft learning certification dashboard

every time I enter the Microsoft certification dashboard page and press on view certification I get a completely blank page that has finished loading. I have a PSR of the steps I took while following recommended steps to take to try to view it. I still cannot see anything when I open that page. I've asked this question in the past and the suggested link did not help.
Please help me view and download my exam certification.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
