I recently moved, so when I went to reset my Microsoft password my old cell phone number wasn't an option to send the verification code to, so I had to send to my email. But....I am receiving no code in my email from Microsoft....not in junk folder either and the email is correct that it is being told to send it to. I have a security issue and need to reset my password....so frustrating, and the help pages provide no help....have searched and tried everything in them for hours. HELP!

No, this doesn't help. I am not receiving the code in my email. My phone is not an option as my phone number changed and I can no longer receive texts on that expired number. I am receiving emails fine. There are no emails from Microsoft or codes in my junk folder.
