Bolb public access not match between overview and configuration

    This is the subscription thru my company, so not sure if I can share the access or not. This is not critical issue for my subscription since I can manually update the setting. However, I just want to report this issue, so MSFT team can check if this is defect for Azure Portal or not. Thank you!
