Azure Virtual Desktop application Group assignments not Working

Joseph Miller 21 Reputation points

I have Created a hostpool and session host in azure and assigned a user to the automatically created Desktop access group for testing. When I attempt to access the resource using the web client I am shown a message reading:

"It looks like your system administrator hasn’t set up any resources for yet. Please choose a different account or try again. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact your system administrator."

I tried both the modern and classic web access links:

Thanks in Advance,
Joe Miller

    Hi @Joseph Miller ,

    just to verify:
The Host VM is member in a Active Directory? (AADS or "local" AD)?
The user is a member in the same AD domain as VM?
The group is member in the same AD domain as VM and user?
Everything is synced from AD to AAD?
