Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

Hello everyone. I have a question regarding a potential bug in Microsoft Outlook. There's a user in my company that used to have an assistant she delegated access to. She no longer does, and she can't accept meetings anymore.
In most people's "Delegate Access" settings in Outlook, the checkmark should be "My delegates only, but send a copy of meeting requests and responses to me (recommended)"
On her setting, the setting is checked at "My delegates only" and it's greyed out and can't be changed (picture attached).
I tried to add a person in the company to un-greyed it out, but when I tried to save the change, it states, "The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Cannot activate free/busy information."
I also uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Office from the Microsoft website. Any idea what could be causing this?
