- Is it just that the emails from kaboodle are not received, please confirm emails from other senders can be received normally.
- If it is convenient for you, could you please log in to the web page of your email account to see if you will received the email or not? Assuming that the web page has not received it, the client will relevantly not synchronize. Which it is an expected behavior
