Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

- May I please know the account type are you using? Is it POP, IMAP or Exchange account?
- May I please confirm that you checked if always prompt for logon credentials is disabled? To check this kindly go to File-->Account Settings-->Account Settings-->Change-->More Settings-->Security tab-->Unselect Always prompt for logon credentials option under user identification -->Ok then close your Outlook.
- May I please confirm that you get same situation after trying to use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SARA) Tool? Kindly download this SARA tool, sign in with your Office 365 work or school account and select Outlook related topic, such as Outlook keeps asking for my password. the Support and Recovery Assistant tool will run a series of diagnostic tests on your computer. If any of the tests fails, it will provide suggested.
- May I please confirm that you get same situation when turn on optional connected experiences is checked? to check this kindly go to File -> Office Account -> Manage Settings -> Then Uncheck Connected Experiences ->Ok--> Close Outlook & Office Applications -> Open Outlook -> File -> Office Account -> If it says "fix me" & Sign in -> Sign in -> then check if it will make any difference.
