Hy, we need to customize any part of the "change password" option on OWA - Exchange 2016, since by default a warning of 8 minimum characters appears and that does not match the AD directive, eg: more than 10 characters ...
Then we have to add a small review with that detail anywhere, we have some way to change this?, since the OWA default is confusing and does not generate the warning with the AD policy!

I searched the official documents and didn't find how to manually modify this warning like what we want, it is related to the basic webpage programming.
I think this could be achieved by modifying the html or css files on the local server like this but I didn't find the source files for the above messages, sorry for my poor programming.
Update: Basically we discuss Exchange server general questions in office-exchange-server-administration. As this issue is more related to the development of Exchange, I added the office-exchange-server-dev tag.

Sorry to disappoint you, this is more related to the software development and the basic programming.
I tried to find these source files with searching for specific words in files but failed. I think someone that understands HTML and some web programming language may understand the logic.
