Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

As per the description you have shared, we understand that you have a concern with default calendar color in Outlook.
To better understand the issue and provide possible solution, we need more details from you, please kindly provide us the following information. Thank you.
- May I please confirm if the affected Calendar is your default calendar or Primary Calendar? if yes, please Kindly right click on your affected Calendar --> Color --> Selelct Automatic --> untick your Calendar and tick again, then check if there is any difference. You can refer to the screenshot below.
- May I please confirm if the affected Calendar is a shared Calendar or secondary Calendar? to check this, please kindly Go to File --> Account Settings -->Account Settings --> under Email tab, check and make sure is the affected Calendar account is set as default account.
- May I please confirm if you set up custom Calendar view? if yes, please kindly Go to View --> Reset View, this will return your Calendar view to default.
- Could you please provide us with the screenshot of you Outlook version details? See What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
