Since Tuesday 04.04 suddenly Outlook app stopped synchronizing emails on the Android phone (empty with an error: Everything done! Enjoy your empty inbox).

Important info:

Outlook works on the PC (client and web), also on the web on the phone.

This specific issue never happened before.

Troubleshooting already done:

Phone reboot

The app was re-installed 4x (company Owned device so every uninstalling included uninstalling of Company Portal). Latest version of Outlook.

Sent test emails, nothing comes through only on the phone app

Checked Outlook settings, nothing out of blue, the account is correctly signed in, syncing is on

    Dear Ashraf,

I forgot to mention but both recommended steps (account reset and re-adding the account) have already been applied several times, no change. I will try to reach out to the support you recommend.

    Best regards,

    Klaudia
