24 hours reset help

Hello, I have been locked out of my account ******@outlook.com

I have tried to reset it but it won't let me, now it says I have to wait 24 hours but this account is connected to my apple macbook and I can't get into my laptop!!! As I don't have access to the account!!

    Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is no way to short-circuit the 24 hr wait period once you encounter that error. There are simply no work-arounds.

    In terms of regaining access to your computer, am not a Mac user. You will need to ask Apple support what, if any, options you have to regain accress.

    Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. We have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions.
