Outlook rule doesn't work with hyperlink

I need your help with that :

If the inbox rule is set to work when an email contains the phrase "TEST " in the subject or body, the rule works when an email contains "TEST " without any hyperlink .

But it doesn't work when only "TEST" has a hyperlink.

It has been concluded that the feature you are inquiring about is not yet available.
