Outlook 2019 Online Archive Not Showing

I have a customer with two laptops. The first laptop has Outlook 365 connected to an Office 365 account, and the email account and Online Archive are showing. The second laptop has Outlook 2019 retail version connected to the same Office 365 account, and the email shows but not the Online Archive. I didn't setup the first laptop, so I don't know what settings were used to bring up the Online Archive. Any suggestions?

    What's the specific version and license of your Outlook 2019? Please first ensure that you have updated to the latest version of Outlook client.

    Also, as I know, the online archive feature is available to some specific version of Outlook, it's recommended to follow this document to check if your Outlook 2019 could meet the requirements of license.

    Fantastic job of answering this question!

    It turns out based on the chart shown in the link that "In Place Archive" is not supported in Outlook included with Office Home & Business 2019. The wording is a bit confusing, because it shows up at "On Line Archive" in Outlook on the other computer, but it sounds like it is likely the same thing. It looks like we will have to download and install the Office 365 version for this to work.
