Export 'in progress' for 2 weeks? When will it complete? Or how to cancel?

Started hotmail Export and it is stuck showing 'in progress' for 2 weeks now. Help Chat said it was still running - do you believe that?

What is the longest export has taken before receiving the email with URL to download all hotmail data? Site says 4 days.

Help Chat was not able to stop export. How to cancel export?

Is this a scam to force users to pay more for even more storage?

The process of exporting emails from the Hotmail account will take up to 4 business days, depending upon the mailboxes size.

This forum is dedicated to using Outlook for Windows. Outlook online, which is sounds like you're describing, is covered in a different forum. Would you please confirm which Outlook you're using?
