Using classic Outlook for Windows in educational settings
Delegated Shared Mailbox
Error message when clicking on the delegated shared mailbox: Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. The operation failed. An object cannot be found. Outlook online shows and opens a folder while the application on the desktop does not, what is the fix ?
Keep in mind that I have :
-Uninstalled and reinstalled the application
- Profile was re-created
- Mailbox re-added
- No 3rd party Addons
- Online version of Outlook is fully functional and allows viewing, editing, and sending emails
