Outlook 365 Duplicate E-mail Issue

I am trying to fix a duplicate e-mail issue and all the posts online show to do things that I cannot find through the web app. How do I disable Leave a copy of the messages on the server? I do not that a tab on the web app to do this. Thank you.

    Good Morning,

    The other devices would be their iPad and phone. The double message ONLY occurs in the web browser app.

    As per your mentioned description about "This is for a client and I currently do not have a screenshot to show you.", may I please re-confirm whether this affected client has configured email account in multiple devices?

    Further, may I please re-confirm if the client is facing this issue via using Outlook web app on different web browsers?

    This is for a client and I currently do not have a screenshot to show you. It duplicates the e-mail as they are recieving it and only one has an option to Archive or Delete.

    The issue is when you search "How to remove a duplicate file" issue from google you run into options that are not available through the https://outlook.office.com/mail/ so i'm trying to figure out how to Disable leave a copy on the server.
