Outlook data file jammer

Question

In use Microsoft Office professional plus 2019.

To be able to install an Outlook.com account in addition to my Ziggo account, an MSN account had to be installed as default first, and then the Outlook.com account.

When opening Outlook 2019, this MSN account is always opened. This account could not be removed, even after the Ziggo account was designated as the default.

Deleted all accounts but needed to accede Outlook data file storage first. Then installed the Outlook.com account and the Ziggo account. The ziggo account designated as default. The accounts were read in automatically.

When opening Outlook 2019, the Inbox of the Ziggo account was not automatically opened, but that of Outlook data file!

How did it get here and how can I safely delete it? Simply removing it is not possible because Outlook 2019 cannot be opened without this Outlook data file.

Note that the Outlook data file is stored in an Outlook folder in Documents.

To have the ziggo inbox opened when you open Outlook - File > Options > Advanced and change the start up folder.

If you want to remove the msn account and it was added first and you have two exchange accounts, you need to remove all exchange accounts then add back the one you want to keep.
