Scheduling Poll issues?

Hello,

I've been using scheduling poll after FindTime retired and since yesterday I got to the following message when trying to access one of my polls:

Your poll can't be displayed right now.

Please close this page and click from the original link again

I does not seem to be a browser issue, already tried 3 different browsers, and also the recipients of the messages are unable to access the poll info to vote on the time slots.

Note: I do have access to the list of polls, but not to the detail of each poll.

Has anyone else got this issue?

Kind regards.

Current status from microsoft service health.

Title: Users may be unable to view polls created using Scheduling Poll in the Outlook desktop app or Outlook on the web

User impact: Users may be unable to view polls created using Scheduling Poll in the Outlook desktop app or Outlook on the web.

More info: Users may encounter the error, "Your poll can't be displayed right now."

Current status: We're continuing to validate the potential fix's efficacy upon deploying it to the affected service environment.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user attempting to view created Scheduling Polls.

Root cause: A syncing issue is causing mismatched data to be passed between back-end service authentication components and is preventing users from being able to view polls as expected.

There is an open case at microsoft because of this issue -> Service health - Microsoft 365 admin center

For those who don't have access to the service health page, here is the latest update:

Title: Users may be unable to view polls created using Scheduling Poll in the Outlook desktop app or Outlook on the web

User impact: Users may be unable to view polls created using Scheduling Poll in the Outlook desktop app or Outlook on the web.

More info: Users may encounter the error, "Your poll can't be displayed right now."

Current status: We've reverted a change we suspected may have been contributing to impact, but our initial testing indicates the issue is unresolved. We're continuing our analysis of the relevant authentication components; however, due to the complexity of the issue, we anticipate it may take some additional time before we can confirm a timeline for remediation.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user attempting to view created Scheduling Polls.

Root cause: A syncing issue is causing mismatched data to be passed between back-end service authentication components and is preventing users from being able to view polls as expected.

    Hi Kerry,

I'm experiencing the exact same error message. I created two polls and each had the same error message today. When I or anyone I sent the scheduling poll to, clicks on vote: the following error message is generated: " Your poll can't be displayed right now.

Please close this page and click from the original link again".

Last week I created 2 polls that worked perfectly. Perhaps this is a new glitch.

    Kind Regards,

    Shakira Hollis

    Current status:

We've identified that an unrelated issue is preventing our fix from taking effect, which is why we're not seeing resolution when attempting to validate. In parallel, we've identified that the sync issue is due to a specific property missing in the code for a component utilized for authentication configuration within the Scheduling Poll feature. We're working to identify a method to unblock our fix, or alternatively potentially mitigate the issue by removing the component being utilized during configuration.
