Outgoing Mail Error Code 5513

Cannot send email on New Outlook with my MacBook. The bounce back error code is 5513. I am able to send and receive emails through my ISP's web mail so we know it's on the MS side. Microsoft Customer Support Chat fails and they've stopped phone support. I was directed to a support web page that wasn't helpful. Any ideas please?

    Thank you for the reply. I have found my own solution to the problem. I just reverted back to the previous version of Outlook and problem solved. I liked that one better anyway. Thank you.

    According to your description, the problem bothering you is that Smtp submission failed and you encountered an error code 5513.

    What's more, according to this article there are still some features not yet available in new outlook for Mac, such as the support for POP accounts. The new Outlook for Mac

    In addition,  I would like to confirm whether you are using a 163 mailbox IMAP account on Outlook for Mac. If so, please kindly understand that this Smtp error is reported and we cannot provide you with further assistance because the 163 server and Exchange Online are two completely different servers. Therefore, please move the technical support of 163, I believe they will provide you with further assistance.
