Template Tab Missing

Hello,

My company just transitioned to a new Outlook account. Everything synced from my old account to my new email account except the Template tab. Now, when I create a new email, the Template tab doesn’t appear in my toolbar. However, when I create a new email and change the “From” dropdown box to my old email account, the templates show up. When I change the “From” to my new email account, the templates disappear. How can I get the My Template tab added to the toolbar of my new email account?

    May I know what type of account do you have Exchange/IMAP/POP? Also, what version of Outlook do you have.

    Run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to diagnose your Outlook and fix some issues with it and if the issue persist kind create a new Outlook profile. Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support
