Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
Hi MossieMM, I'm sorry you're having this issue, have you added the email on your laptop to your android phone?

I can't link my Outlook on laptop with app on android phone. I want the phone app to display all my emails, not just those that arrived into the phone app.
How can I do this as simply as possible please?

Hi,
I re-installed the Outlook app on the android and seem to have lost the emails that were on it.
It still doesn't allow me to access emails on Outlook from my laptop.

Nelson, thanks for response. Maybe to explain a little more.
My email comes from an outside source, not e.g. ******@outlook.com. The emails arrive into my Outlook inbox on my laptop, if open. If closed they arrive into my android outlook. Once laptop opened they will all still download to the laptop outlook, which I need. I would like to access all my emails stored in laptop outlook when away and using the android outlook. At the moment the android outlook only has emails that came directly to that app.
I tried your suggestion but unfortunately didn’t work.

Hello MossieMM! I'm Nelson an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I am hopeful that I will be able to help you find a satisfactory solution.
Kindly check your synchronizing setting, to do this follow the steps below:
Launch Outlook and select your account.
Then click on Change mailbox sync settings.
Allow Outlook to sync and download messages as soon as they arrive. Then restart the app and check your inbox.
Note: Click both on Focus and Other to search for emails. Maybe the emails you’re looking for landed in the Other folder.
Don’t forget to check the Junk folder as well. If Outlook flagged those emails as spam, you should find them in the Junk folder.
Thanks, hope this helps
