Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar

If you use new outlook for mac, please be kindly to find the pin at the top of the inbox. The new outlook for mac changes the view of outlook. If you still use the classic one and can’t find the pin option, please be kindly to try the following suggestions.
1.Use safe mode to check the result: Select Apple menu > Shut Down from your Mac’s menu bar>Wait 10 seconds after your Mac has turned off>After restarting your Mac, hit and hold the Shift key>When you see the login window, release the Shift key>Here click on “Macintosh HD”>Then proceed to login to the user’s account>Finally, Outlook may be used.
2.You can use Outlook Reset Preferences Tool: You can try to use this tool according to ‘OutlookResetPreferences’ part of Outlook for Mac support tools. - Outlook | Microsoft Docs.
3.Create a new profile: Please be kindly to try to create a new profile referring to Manage profiles or identities in Outlook for Mac (microsoft.com).
