Notes folder in Outlook

Question

I need help finding the emails I moved from my inbox to the "Notes" folder in Outlook. I moved about 46 emails to the Notes folder and when I clicked into the Notes folder today, they are not there. Please Help! :)

I understand you are using Outlook on Mobile, to get dedicated support for out support team for Outlook on mobile please see Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android (microsoft.com).

**Note:**When you contact our support team, you won't receive an email or get a call back. But you'll receive a notification when the support team sends you a reply, and can easily communicate with them in the app. Look for the notification on the Settings and Contact Support icons.

I believe I am on Windows 10? How would I check that on my computer? I moved the emails from my inbox to notes in my web browser version on Outlook on my cell phone, so I didn't know that they wouldn't be viewable later. I believe I did this Wednesday, August 3rd.

I understand your notes folder is empty, may I know when did this happen and how did you move the emails to this folder? kindly check Outlook on the Web if you can see the notes?

To help us narrow down the issue kindly let me know the following information:

1. Do you have any rules in your Outlook?
2. What Outlook version do you have?
3. Are you aware if you have any retention tags or policies?
