Sorting Emails in Sent Folder

Whenever I go to my sent emails and select to arrange them by "To", there are multiple categories for the same email address. They can come in under First Last, 'First Last', First Last <___@___.___>, and ___@___.___ and sometimes others. How can I combine these to show all the emails from this same email address in one category?

I have tried going to my view settings to change the group by to add "email address" but I don't have that option.

    Hello,

I have tried the above with no luck.

    Image

I have my "Sort" set as Recipient Name and this is still what I see.

The three that say "Jordan" are all sent to the same exact email address but yet it shows three different categories. I then tried the "Group By" to Recipient Name.

This is what I get. All it does is change all my sent items no matter who I sent an email to, to only one email.

It is indeed a pity that this feature in Outlook can only filter out a specific message, and cannot group them one by one.

    Hello Jordan,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and appreciate your time taken for sharing detailed information. I understand that Sorting Emails in Sent Folder. I could share with you some of my thoughts on this issue.

You could click By To in the last column of the drop-down options to see if there is View Settings.

And then choose Sorting items by... You could select by recipient name. Or click Group by...then select recipient name.

After clicking By To there are several options for you to choose, I don't see an option with an email address, which is where it falls short. If in the above way, your outlook still does not display the view settings, could you take a screenshot of the image after you clicked By To and show it to us so that we could better understand your problem?

Feel free to post back if you need any further assistance.

    Best Regard,
