Unintentional multiple threads generated from Response to an email

When I get a reply from an I email with a specific subject, a new thread is created because the application seems to change the subject enough to have a slightly different subject. This is usually just a difference in spacing within the subject somewhere, but it is enough to create the separate threads. Moreover, this was not something the sender of the email did, but just happened out of the blue. What is this and how can it be fixed.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

Are you talking about replying to a thread when suddenly many other threads are created? It's possible that you're viewing other threads, causing it to show up in your activity. This should not be the thread you created. If it's convenient, could you take a screenshot and show us how it creates multiple threads?

Feel free to post back if you have any additional questions.

    Best Regard,
