Emails false positive junk

My outward company emails (these are relevant order related updates for products which this customer bought, so definitely not spam) consistently end up in junk folders of Microsoft accounts. I've been checking the headers, but nothing seems wrong on that front. All scores are low and the mail passes all checks. In the email log there are no issues like bounces/blocked message. The emails are delivered correctly. I've used several tools to analyse my emails and nothing came up. The mails are send through google mail servers.

As far as I know, if the ip would be blacklisted, the mails would either be blocked or I would notice de scl or bcl scores to be problematic (neither are as mentioned before).

Can you point me to some likely causes?

Kind regards

Dear DeH1 5,

Thanks for choosing Microsoft community!

I have read your question carefully and done some research, please kindly refer to following methods:

Please try to add recipients of your email messages to the safe senders list to check the result. To get more details, please refer to following steps:

To add people to your Safe Senders List, do the following:

  1. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
  2. On the Safe Senders tab, check the Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List box.

In addition, please also pay attention to this:

Email addresses and domain names in the Safe Senders List are never treated as junk email, regardless of the content of the message. You can add your Contacts and other correspondents to the Safe Senders list to confirm you'll always receive their messages in your inbox.

By default, email addresses in your Outlook contacts are considered safe senders by the Junk Email Filter, but you can change this setting. Email messages from safe senders are never moved to the Junk E-mail folder.

Notes:

  • If you use a Microsoft Exchange Server account, mailboxes in the Global Address List (GAL) are also considered safe senders. This does not apply to Contacts and MailUsers in the GAL.
  • When you send a message to a person or organization that isn鈥檛 an Outlook contact, the recipient email address isn't added to the Safe Senders List. This means that when the recipient replies to your message, the reply message might be moved to the Junk E-Mail folder.

If you don't want to automatically add contacts in the safe sender lists, please refer to this:

  1. Click the Mail icon, and then click the Home tab.
  2. In the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk Email Options.
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, clear the Also trust email from my Contacts check box.

Hope this help you, if there is any deviation in my understanding, please forgive me and provide me with more details. I am more than happy to continue to help you. I wish you all the best!

Best regards,

Kerry
