Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Libeamlak,
Oof, ok! I will look into that when I have time. It would be nice to have a "switch" function, in the future.
Thanks so much for your help!
Priya

My calendar automatically defaults to my personal hotmail, even though I have changed the default to my professional account in Data Files - in Settings.

Dear Priya Rajkumar1,
Many thanks for your kind response,
Yes, that might be the cause. Typically, primary account Calendar is default Calendar in Outlook. Therefore, you can create new Outlook profile and add your work account as primary account and then add your personal account in the new profile. To create new outlook profile, Go to your device Control Panel -->User Accounts -->Mai(Microsoft Outlook) -->Show Profiles -->Add --> Give name for your profile -->OK --> Select Manual setup or additional server types-->Next -->Select your email account setup and set up your work account according to the steps. To switch outlook profile, you can refer to Switch to another Outlook email profile - Microsoft Support
Then, restart your Outlook in the new Outlook profile and add your personal account. to add personal account, Open Outlook with new Outlook profile--> File -->Add. And check if there is any difference.
Thanks for your precious time. We look forward to your update.
Stay safe and healthy. Have a nice day.

It says my my personal email is my primary account.
So I can't add RSS feeds to my work email, etc.
I don't know if this is why my calendar defaults to my personal (primary) account.
