Good morning. I have outlook 365. I would like to auto-fill text in my signature from the first name of the person I am sending the email to. In other words, if I am sending Ellouise Duncan an email. I would like to take the first name and have it autofill in a sentence in my signature. is this possible?

I hope my explanation makes sense.

    Dear Jo-Ucati,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community,

Based on your description, I know your requirement. To better help you, I did a further test for you. Through my test, it seems that we the name can not be auto filled in a sentence and there is no setting in outlook for us to set this now. Now, only when we type the name in To field or CC field the name will be auto fiiled. So sorry to bring you inconvenience.

I know sometimes it is really inconvenient for us to use it. So I think your idea is very constructive. I sincerely suggest you provide your precious suggestion by clicking File>Feedback in outlook. Microsoft will update their product based on customers' advice. Believe your suggestion will help many other people in the future. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
