can we import the pst file into the m365 business basic outlook?

It works the same way for all the subscriptions just as shown in this article Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file (microsoft.com)

From what I know. there is no limitation on the version, and seeing that your using M365 i don't think you will face limitation problem.

However, I would recommend you to be up to date in your OS and outlook version.
