Mail delivery failed

Good afternoon

emails sent from a group email which are sent on to me (my personal outlook.com email) show up by the sender from the group email as Mail delivery failed. In general sometimes this happens to me - people send me personal emails, I receive the email but they get a mail delivery failed email.

Where is the problem or what do I need to look at to find out what the issue is?

    Please be kindly to understand that there're many possibilities that can cause the Mail delivery failed - NDR.
