Smart Lookup

Has anyone noticed if the Smart Lookup function in Outlook has stopped working for them? I have two computers where this is the case. It works in Word. These are Office 365 Windows version apps with the latest updates.

If I highlight a word in an email, right click it and then select 'Search' from the drop down menu the Search Panel opens as expected but none of the links in the panel are functional.

I tried starting Outlook in Safe Mode but this made no difference.

I'm afraid I'm out of ideas. Let's ask other advisors and fellow Teams users for their suggestions that might help.

They would be able to respond to this thread and share their thoughts.

Your patience will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Nelson

    Hi Nelson,

This is happening on two different computers, so the likelihood your suggestion is a solution is low. Even so, I tried a repair, it did not make any difference.
