MailBox saturated

I have my mailbox that is saturated and I can no longer receive or send emails. I deleted some photos files emails, I even bought a storage but I still can not activate my account

    Hi Fatima,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

    You are low on OneDrive storage which is 5 GB for free users. You will need to move your files either to an external drive or to your computer. To do so, please click on the link below and log in with your email account which you are using for the Outlook account in question, once moved, after some hours, you will be able to send and receive emails:

    I haven’t been able to send or receive mail for 3 days and the storage I bought is not activated even if I was debited. help me I have important emails I’m waiting for
