Will Windows 11 have a capable media center for purchase, like Win-8.1 Pro Pack?

I have asked when will the next Microsoft OS will be around early,
now that Windows 11 is unveiled as of 6/25/2021. My main concern is to keep using (3) PCTV Tuners I have for the Windows Media Player. Will Windows Media Center & Windows Media Player technology be available for Windows 11?

I know about a "alternative" media center for download, but that's for Windows 10. I' am still using Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center to 2023.
