My email is being blocked/stopped before it gets to my account. This is the error one sender received: Email sent to ******@msn.com was dropped. Spam Reporting Address.

The specific sender above was added to the whitelist and no change. This was after successfully receiving emails from this sender. And, after a couple of months I started receiving them again. There are multiple senders impacted now. All emails that are important.

Sorry if I was not clear - the issue is with incoming emails.

To answer your questions... 1) I am not aware of any changes prior to the issue arising. 2) I use Office 365 to access email. The issue first arose late last year and I managed with workarounds until now.

I have not gotten incoming emails from my HOA (after a period of not receiving them I now get them properly) a donation receipt, hotel reservation - and these are the ones I know of. I regularly check junk email.

Dumb question who is my email service provider? It's an msn.com extension accessed thru Office 365.

    thanks,

    Hi BillGould

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft support.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your email being blocked or stopped before it gets to your account. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

    1. What changes did you make prior to this issue?
    2. How are you trying to access Outlook.com?  Is it through Web browser or Office Outlook ?

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that your email address has been flagged as a source of spam. This can happen if your email address has been compromised or if your email account has been used to send spam emails.

To resolve this issue, I recommend that you take the following steps:

    1. Check your email account for any signs of compromise. This includes changing your password to a strong and unique one, enabling two-factor authentication, and reviewing your account settings to ensure that there are no unauthorized changes.
    2. Contact your email service provider and ask them to investigate the issue. They may be able to provide you with more information about why your email is being blocked and what steps you can take to resolve the issue.
    3. Check your email filters and rules to ensure that they are not blocking legitimate emails. You can also check your junk or spam folder to see if any important emails have been mistakenly marked as spam.
    4. If you are still experiencing issues, you can contact Microsoft support for further assistance. Our support team can help you troubleshoot the issue and provide you with additional resources to help you resolve the issue.
