Integrate Customized Power Apps Form to a different environment

Hi All,

I had created a Customized Canvas PowerApps Form from a SharePoint list. I am able to add this form in SharePoint Online. But I need to add this in a different environment which requires iframe ID. Can anyone let me know if there is any way get the iframe ID for a Canvas PowerApps Form?
