Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Dear Katie,
Thank you for your reply.
My previous response, was to be done from the Church Master's calendar.
The reason is that I have done multiple test for your scenario from outlook desktop and from the web. With only the delegate access, you can only use the different set of permissions already available as you can see from this screenshot
There is no permission to enable you to share his calendar with other users, it should be done direclty from his calendar.
For you to be able to share his calendar, you must have the Read and Manage permission Give mailbox permissions to another user - Admin Help - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs which will give you the ability to open the Church Master's calendar as another mailbox, with that, you will be able to share it with other users. the steps are done from the Microsoft 365 admin center as shown in the shared article.
In summery, there are two solution for your scenario.
1- The church Master or you can directly do it from his calendar.
Right click to calendar > Sharing permission > select my organization can view all details, after that each users should add his calendar and will be able to see the details. to add the calendar, Go on the calendar view > Add calendar and select the Church Master. the other method is as shared in my previous reply.
2- From your side, get the Read & Manage permission first following the steps on the article after that, in outlook on the web > select your profile > open another mailbox > and follow the steps in my previous reply.
Please let me know if this answers your question or if there is need of further assistance.
Sincerely.
