Having issues creating a quick step task that allows me to have certain emails, subject header, and body be automatic

Hi,

per the title.

I'm using a macbook pro and accessing outlook through my googlechrome browser for whatever thats worth. I've used chatgpt and other sources to assist me with this task but I can't find anything under "choose action" through the quick step process that allows me to achieve my goal.

any suggestions?

So maybe these helper bots?

I have the same issue, I set up the Quick Step action perfectly well, it shows up in the menu, but the command shortcut doesn't work.

Some independent websites indicate that this feature is not available on Mac computers, even though it's entirely a webapp I would find that schocking, a browser is a browser.

Some of the Quick Step shortcut commands do overlap with built in Mac shortcuts, but luckily Mac OS lets you remap any app shortcuts so that isn't an excuse. The OS can't of course remap webap shortcuts, which is what Outlook Office 365 is.

so how about it, what's the workaround?

I've been trying to set up this quick step for my email for a couple days.

I have never been able to perform this specific task before
