    Thanks for the information.

I was made aware that there seems to be an issue with the SMS service for some days now and codes aren't having for many users. You'll need to wait for a couple of days until this is fixed. Please accept my apologies, your patience will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks for the information.

I mean you should add the address @accountprotection.microsoft.com to your safe sender's list. To do that, Open your Safe Senders settings.

Under Safe senders and domains, enter the email address “@accountprotection.microsoft.com” and select Add.

    Select save.

After that is done, log in through the private/incognito mode of your browser to request the code.

I have tried but than also I didn't get the code.

    Hi,

I'm Jacob. Happy to help you today.

Have you checked the junk folder of your alternate email to see if the code arrive in your junk? You can also add @accountprotection.microsoft.com as a trusted sender to receive your verification code in your inbox.

If you have another security option on your account you can also request the code to be sent to your mobile phone number. Verify that your phone doesn't block tests from unknown numbers before requesting the code.

Lastly, make sure your phone number or email address is entered correctly when requesting the code.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Warm regards,
    Jacob.
