Stuck in security loop

My account is stuck in a security loop. When I request a verification code using the phone number it shows as an option, it says "That doesn't match the phone number associated with your account." It shows my current phone number, so I don't know why it says this.

The current recovery email address is incorrect. When I try to change it and I get the Security info replacement email that instructs me to click the "continue" button, it immediately tells me my session has timed out.

How can I get this fixed?

    I understand your concern. I would suggest you do the following solutions one at a time and see if it works. If not, then move to the next solution:

    1. Change your internet connection
    2. Try it in incognito mode/ private window.
    3. Try it in a different browser like Microsoft Edge/ Google Chrome

    I am getting same message as above and no verification codes,can not get into email on my mobile ... need help asap
