Amazon emails blocked

Hi,

My password reset emails for Amazon are not being sent through to my email account. Amazon support has confirmed that the emails have been sent, so it's an error on Outlook's part, possibly falsely blocking them.

Any help on how to resolve this? This isn't something I can fix myself and will need a Microsoft employee to take a look, but no idea how to directly contact anyone.

Thanks in advance

    Hello Hannah

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

To start off with the obvious just to get it out of the way, am assuming you have confirmed that the messages are not being delivered to your <Junk> folder and if that's the case, the rest of this answer would apply

It is possible that Amazon has been either temporarily or permanently been pur on the Outlook.com >Blocklist>. If it's a temporary block, there is nothing you can do about it but wait.

Regardless, if the above is the case whether permanent or temporary, there is absolutely nothing you can do as a recpient
