Something went wrong message when opening email

When I open my Outlook email, after a few seconds, I get a screen with the message "Something went wrong" with the application. It tells me to refresh the browser. Once I do this, my email briefly appears, but then the "something went wrong" screen reappears. This just started happening and is a huge problem as it prevents accessing my email.

Please help. I'm not sure how to access any responses, since I cannot access my email. All other accounts work fine. I'm logged in now, for example.

Hi Steven, hope you're doing well. I’m Ian, and I’m happy to help you today.

Have you tried to use different browser or your browser's incognito/private mode if problem persist.

You can also try to clear your browser's cache in this case.

Thanks, Ian. Somehow, the issue resolved itself (for now). I appreciate the link to check for possible regional tech issues.
